Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  
• For hygiene reasons, fragrances cannot be returned if opened or tested.
  
  

Refunds

• Once your return is approved and the product reaches us, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds are made via the original mode of payment.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  
  

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at nehamadirakshi@gmail.com with images and your order ID within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve it promptly.
